The air conditioning was broken and it was 96. The very aggressive manager told us that if we didn’t like it we could leave. So we went to another hotel.

La estancia en el hotel fue muy buena en general. Tuvimos algunos problemas con el agua caliente, pero el hotel es muy lindo, está bien ubicado y la gente que trabaja allí muy amable. Chaouen es HERMOSO!

Perfect location

Location was excellent, inside the Medina for easy walking. On the side near to the Spanish Mosque and water spring. Our room was small but very clean. Staff were personable and helpful. Would return and recommend.

Just 3 mints walk Ras el maa. Room is clean. However its very cold during winter season. Staff very helpful.
