"The wo.en that staffed the front desk were just amazing
So kind and helpful
We gad a terrible time travelibg and we were greeted so nicely when we arrived it made things better
There was also a discrepancy about our free drink and the wo.an on duty at the desk handled it wonderfully
Grat place

"The hotel itself and room was amazing! The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Very nice, clean and up to date hotel. The restaurant that is in the hotel downstairs isn’t actually part of the hotel so it isn’t available for room service. We did attempt to go there but the menu was so small and honestly did not have something each of our family members would eat. My mother ate there once and had a burger. "We stay at the Hotel on Rivington often for date nights and are never disappointed. Minjie at the front desk could not have been nicer nor more accommodating. Once again we are totally satisfied with the hotel and its kind and hospitable staff. "
