"The room was nice on the 36th floor and the staff was very helpful. But the floor had no carpet, only tiles. The beds were on wheels and they literally moved away when u tried to get into the bed. So inconvenient and annoying. The bed was comfortable when you landed on it. But getting on the bed was a nightmare."

"I would recommend against staying here and we won’t be coming back. This hotel had so many hidden fees and charges that were not advertised when booking. when you check in, there is a $200 deposit charge and they have nearly $100 in fees that come out of this deposit, so you won’t get at least half of your deposit back even if you leave the room in the same condition you found it. this is very scammy in my opinion. the elevator service here is abysmal, there is construction going on and you...
