"Beautiful hotel with great views of the city. Wonderful staff. Zou Zous restaurant in the hotel is really good. We stayed in the deluxe king and there was ample drawer space to unpack. There are 2 Starbucks steps from the hotel and many outdoor seating areas around the hotel. The 7 train is 1 short block away, and Hudson Yards is across the street. We loved it!"
"Always a great stay for NYC, especially for walking the Highline, Hudson Yards, Little Island, and Pier 57. Great staff and front desk. I come at least twice a year and I’m always pleased. This time we took citibikes to pier 25 and then Battery Park to Seaport. Love the vibes."

"The property is great. The room is cute and comfortable. The staff is so nice. The free coffee/tea/ water is great and they have a wine happy hour. The downside was the lobby was filled with people so there was nowhere for us to sit inside. It seemed like a lot of college students using their laptops and not hotel guests. "This hotel was clean, conveniently located, seemingly recently renovated, and met all of my expectations. The staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to storing our bags before check-in and allowing us to use the facility before checking in (restrooms, the on-premise coffee shop, etc.). The short walk to Madison Square Garden and Hudson Yards/The High Line made my trip a breeze. "

"Manager Jeffrey Wright was very friendly. He helped us navigate the subway system to get to a Mets game. Jeffrey and Mustapha helped print out our boarding passes for our airline flight home. Based on these experiences, we would definitely stay again."

"Nice staff… clean boutique hotel. Reminded us of London. The rooms are small. You get what you pay for but when in NYC you sleep and shower in your room and that’s it. They held our luggage for free on our last day. It was nice not to have to pay one of these other day storage places. Will be back!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
