"The entire place smells of cigarettes. The staff was incredibly unhelpful when our keycards kept not working."

"We stayed in a handicapped room and it was huge for us to go around with a wheelchair. I wished they had a handicapped stool in the bathroom but still a very nice room. The bed was fair. But I would say our stay was good. I just don't like that the older gentleman from the front desk went to the breakfast area and he started arguing with the other occupant. Also, there was a drunk person in the parking lot who was trying to get my attention. But I think they were occupants too. Anyhow, still...

"No microwave ! We had to bring our own teapot ! They claimed they did not have any black tea bags, only herbal tea ! But then the next day at breakfast, we had to ASK them again, and they finally brought out the black breakfast tea, that earlier they claimed they did not have !!"

"My room smelled like smoke everyday and I can't stand that smell so I had to plug in a room deoderizer. I has found roaches in my room several times including after the staff supposed cleaned my room. I took pictures so that I have proof when I reported this to Wyndham. This place was the worst hotel that I have stayed at."

"Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet. The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. "The room was dirty. There were insects everywhere. The bed sheets and towels had hair on them so clearly they weren’t washed. The sink didn’t have cold water. The door didn’t close so it needed to be deadbolted to lock. Didn’t feel safe, don’t recommend."

"This hotel made travel feel easy mode! The room was so clean I briefly considered taking my shoes off at the door like I was visiting grandma’s house. The staff were friendly, helpful, and somehow always seemed to appear exactly when I had a question. The airport shuttle was right on time, saving me from my usual ‘am I going to miss my flight?’ panic. And the parking? Plenty of space—no need to audition for Fast & Furious just to squeeze into a spot. Would definitely stay here again!😄"
