"No shuttle as advertised. Breakfast is only open to 9am. Hot breakfast consists of powered eggs and sausage. The entire hotel smells musty and dark. Photos don’t smell, and are not representative of reality. Black out curtains would work well if they were again the wall or window, but 4” away it allows in a lot of light. The window AC is in the window behind the curtains."

Customer service was excellent and the General Manager was extremely helpful and made sure our stay accommodated. The entire staff including cleaning crew made our stay amazing. "Driver pick me up at the airport, it's a huge resort with plenty of rooms. Surprisingly, the room is too big for single traveler, at the beginning i was scared because I check in at midnight.  In the morning, when I open the window,  I feel so happy, feel like dreaming, a big windows in the leaving rooms over looking to the park which all the trees turn white because of showing . 42 inch flat tv in leaving room, 32 inch in the bedroom, huge set of sofa seat, dining table and kitchen...
