Overall service skills of staff were not up to usual Hyatt standard. Rooms were in poor state of repair, particularly the bathroom which was mouldy and smelt damp. Not unusable but again not the usual standard expected for price and brand.

Courtyard by Marriott Chennai
Room was nice and clean. No noise from other rooms. So, slept well. Jacuzzi and Steam room awesome. Did not eat food in the hotel. So, can’t comment about that. Hotel room corridors unclean and was humid and no AC. Lobby has a light AC. After several complaints there was mild AC in the corridor. ...
