Everything is the way that a traveler wants from facilitator of bed & breakfast. Nothing is lacking. Excellent food, cordial executives in the last not the least, highest order of hygiene. The only thing I regret while staying, I couldn’t make my friends from all over Chennai to have lunch at this excellent facility. Most of them excused themselves stating that this facility is far off. I have to yielded to their request, I hosted the lunch elsewhere in the city

Tired accomodation needs complete overhaul

Unfortunalty this was hotel clsoe to customer and meetings so no choice. Carpets threadbare and stained, corridoor walls filthy. Room also had staiend worn carpets and it generally needed refurb. Sheets whilst laundered showed signs of old stains. Room door on first room woudl not work at all after multile attempts so moved to new room. Staff nice and helpful, food OK and bar OK but nothing to set world on fire. Was told by management that they have started refurb on 4th floor so perhaps it will be better in future.
