It's an average hotel. Satisfactory for the price. There's a roach problem in the rooms. Fixtures are broken. Staff are helpful and food is pretty good.

I needed an airport hotel and booked the closest one possible. I requested the airport shuttle via the number on the hotel's website but didn't receive a response. The airport provided a return shuttle to the airport the next day.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The reception area and the floors are very nice but the rooms are very shabby and not well maintained. First, we got a room that did not lock from outside. Even after 3 hours, we didn't have a room that would work. The bathrooms had mold in them. No toilet papers. The AC in the restaurant was not working. The room floors had large gaps, the bed backing was taped up on torn areas, etc. Overall, this hotel does not deserve the 3 star rating and needs much improvement.

I stayed at the hotel for night and it was instant regret. My check in was at 12 at noon and my rooms weren’t even ready at 150pm after long flight not trying to deal with it so I let that go. Get into the room the place has water damage on the baseboards, very dingy room the list goes on. I wouldn’t recommend staying there if I was youkmmm looking it The reviews are not accurate at all !!

Overall it was a decent stay. Food was good. Air conditioning worked very well and so was the hot water in bathroom. Wireless worked well. The room given to me did not have a window with lighting so it felt claustrophobic. The elevator did not work so had to use the stairs. The furniture were a little run down. Overall, It’s a decent place to stay.

The rooms were dirty and falling apart. I did receive an upgrade to a bigger room. But it was falling apart at the walls. My colleague had a smaller room. But it was keep up better. Overall fine place to stay for the night and get to airport quickly in the morning.

チェンナイ空港まで車で送迎(車)して頂けるのですが、車は、なかなか来ずに待たされます。(私の場合、30分程度) 部屋は結構広めですが、設備は最小限です。 空港に近い、というのが最大のメリットです。

Unfreundliches Personal und unsauberes Hotel
Das Hotel Personal war von Anfang an unhöflich und ganz und gar nicht hilfsbereit. Ein zweites Handtuch wurde mir verwehrt mit der Begründung ich solle dies am nächsten morgen bestellen. Die Suite an sich war geräumig jedoch nicht sauber und Pilze wuchsen hinter dem Lavabo (siehe Foto). Handseife war anfangs nicht vorhanden und wurde nur nach 3 maligem Telefonat mit der Rezeption gebracht. Das nicht vorhandene Toiletten Papier wurde gar nicht nachgeliefert. Hier wurde mir nach dem 4ten Telefon gesagt dass keines vorhanden wäre. Eine alternative wurde mir nicht angeboten. Für den Airport Transfer wäre eine zusätzliche Gebühr berechnet worden.

Great location, great rate, great breakfast. Room was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, free shuttle service a bonus. We've stayed there many times and are never disappointed.
