"The stay was good for the money. I wished I had used the pools. The outdoor pool water looked clean. The indoor pool looked like a lot of fun. That will have to wait until my wife and I return. Don’t be concerned about the distance to town. Gatlinburg has a free shuttle with an app that is accurate at telling you the arrival time at your location. The food was surprisingly good and although the breakfast wasn’t free it was a much better tasting breakfast than the free ones, real food. The lunch was also quite good. I think it’s the girls that cook the food. Kind of like their still in there kitchen at home. What a convenience to be able to get something good to eat without going into town. I’m praising them so much, now I can’t wait to get back to Gatlinburg. Hope the fishing in the Smokies is better. LOL!"

"The hotel needs to be fixed up. My friends room has a hole in the bathtub and when she stepped on it, all the water drained. It obviously is not going down a drain, but under the tub."

"All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Linens were very clean including towels. However, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. They were super hard and lumpy. The bathroom tiles on the walls need more attention to remove the mildew. Other than that, you can have a quiet night’s sleep."
