Home away from home
This hotel was used because close to a conference that needed to be attended for a week. The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly. Lost of restaurants were in the area.

I stayed in Hotel Class on a one day notice. I booked it the same day and got in. I thought everything was pretty great. My room was a bit warm, but amazingly, the hotel's air conditioner worked at that time! Cool. And the staff was very friendly. Only thing I didn't like too much was that I received a call before it was my check out time, telling me it was time to check out. But I understand. I was cutting it a bit close. Not a huge issue, they were friendly about it. But other than that all was great and will definitely xonsider staying there again if I am in the area!

가격대비 수준이하이고, 홍보된 숙박룸과 많은 차이각 있습니다. 가족단위의 숙박은 아닙니다. 호텔이라지만 여는 모텔수준이며 바가지쓴 기분입니다.

동네 여관 분위기구요 가족여행으로 추천하지 않습니다. 구석 구석 먼지가 너무 많아서 비염환자 알레르기 환자에게 특히 위험한 숙소입니다.

가족여행이여 호텔조식포함 필터로 검색했는데… 호텔 보단 …모텔 느낌이였습니다. 치약칫설 뿐만아니라…..콘돈도 같이 팩킹되여 있었고… 리모컨에 성인체널 버턴이 있을뿐만 아니라 방음이 잘 되지 않아서 위층 옆방에서 …소리가 나서 가족와 같이 머물기는 적절한 숙박곳이 아닙니다.

조금 시끄럽고 주차가 부족하지만 괜찮아요.

객실에 담배가능이라 담배냄새가 너무나고 바닥이 타일이라 그런지 털이 많고 거울위에 먼지, 이불 얼룩이 있어서 기분이 안좋았지만 스타일러가 있어서 옷관리는 좋았네요.

방 넓고 비교적 깨끗하고 좋음. 하지만 방음은 잘 안되는게 유일한 단점.
방음이 잘 안되서 옆방의 그 .. 조금 민망한 소리가 들리긴 했으나 방 넓고 좋아요.

조식포함으로 검색해서 예약한거였고, 예약확인 이메일에 분명 조식포함이라고 되어있다.근데 조식이 없었다. 토요일이라서 없다고, 예약사이트에 써있다고 한다. 우리가족만 그런게 아니다. 카페테리아에서 기웃거리고 있던 사람이 여럿이다. 조식도 없다면 그돈주고 예약안했을텐데. 그리고 지하주차장 내려가는 코너가 너무심하게 좁다. K7으로 한참을 낑낑거리며 들어갔다. 주차장내려가는 길 벽에 수많은 긁힌 자국들이 있었음. 혹시 예약하더라도 지하주차장으로 내려가지는 마시길

가족여행으로는 비추입니다.
이용후기가 없길래 긴가민가 했는데...4인실 구하기 힘들어서...모텔을 아주 잘 개조하셔서 부띠크호텔처럼 꾸며져 있겠지 했는데요...자동커튼(?) 열리는 주차장은 첨 들어가봤네요. 아이들은 신기하다며 좋아라 했지만...ㅡㅡ;;; 주차장에 대실 0만원...어쩌구 써있어서 애들이 저건 무슨말이냐며 물어봤...;;; 완전 작은 로비도 좀 당혹... 2층은 나름 카페분위기에 당구대도 있고, 노래방(유료)도 1실 마련되어 있었지만, 최신곡이 전혀없어서 요즘 BTS꽂힌 울애들은 동요만 부르고 나왔어요. 객실은 깨끗한 편이구요, 바닥용 이부자리 한채도 미리 준비해주셔서 4인가족이 편히는 잤습니다. 그리고 샤워부스랑 분리된 2인용 욕조는 커서 쓰기 편했습니다. 그러나, 마련된 수건이...ㅡㅡ 대형 수건이 한장 밖에 없고, 일반수건 3개였는데 그나마 2개는 구멍도 있고 가장자리가 너덜너덜 하더라구요. 수건담는 라탄바구니도 안쪽속에 곰팡이?처럼 보이는 것들이 껴있어서...암튼 복도에 항상 대기(?)중이신 (한국말 못하는)청소아줌마 계셔서 수건을 더 받긴 했습니다. 참고하세요~~

Guisun 님의 소중한 후기 감사드립니다. 우선 저희 호텔은 2018년 신축한 건물로 천안에서 가장 최신 시설과 최고의 룸컨디션을 지양하고 있습니다. 고객님께서 이용하신 패밀리룸은 4인 숙박이 가능하지만 보통 가족분들이 예약하시는 스위트룸 객실보단 이용에 제한적일 수 있으셨으리라 생각됩니다. 노래방이용은 무료로 제공하려 했으나 워낙 많은 손님들께서 기다리시다 이용을 못하는 상황이 생겨 부득이하게서비스 차원에서 이용요금 1만원을 받고 있습니다. 이점 이해부탁드립니다. 그 밖에 수건 수량에 대해 문의해주셔서 저희 직원이 당일 추가로 수건과 일회용품을 제공해드렸으며, 혹 문의사항이 있으셔도 24시간 저희 직원이 프론트에서 근무중이니 언제든 전화주시면 조치해드리겠습니다. 아무쪼록 불편사항이 생기게 되어 사과말씀드리며 다음번 방문시엔 더욱더 나은 모습으로 맞이할 것을 약속 드리겠습니다. 이용해주셔서 감사드립니다.
