"Aloft Seoul Gangnam had one of the nicest staff members I have ever seen. I am not just writing this review because I they asked, but because I truly wanted to. They have accommodated everything that I have asked for and has never shown any sense of rudeness or annoyance. They are really kind and are just purely amazing!"

"The room was very clean and room size is bigger than other business hotel. The dining around the area was great. Apgujung Rodeo is walkable distance. Staff was very friendly and beyond my expectations. Only down side of the hotel was breakfast. They had small section of all you can eat salad bar and they have only 4 choices for the breakfast main menu. It could be better if they had a full all you can eat breakfast. Overall, it was great stay and I will come back here for my next business...

"チェックインが15時以降とかかれていて、私が着いたのは15:40ぐらいでしたが、どなたもいらっしゃいませんでした。2階にインフォメーションのようですが、それらしきものがわからず、中にいた宿泊客の方に聞いてもさっぱりな様子。１階にも部屋があり、そちらにも宿泊客がいたので尋ねましたが返答は同じ。建物のドアというドアを開けて、人が住まわれている様子だったので大きい声で呼びかけましたが反応なし。特にメモ書きも見当たらずで大変困りました。予定があったので荷物を置くことも出来ずそのまま持ち歩きました。帰るのが遅くなる予定でしたが、余りにも不安だった為他のホテルを予約し直しました。友人のオススメだったので期待していましたが非常に残念です。"
