"I called prior to booking to ask if there was room for a pick up and 40' trailer to park and was informed that there was. upon arrival, there was not enough room to easily pull in and park the truck and trailer. The room was dirty and this is not an area to want to book in if you have children with you. To top it off, the receiver hitch on the truck was missing."

"I arrived with my family around 10pm, so you need go thru special night window. A gentleman with beautiful pink nails gave me a key to a room next to a big smoking dark party outside. There was not a chance I could even walk or pass by the party. It seems they live in this hotel. I requested a refund because I was scared. The nice gentleman gave me a room on a different side of the building telling me that I should be safe there. We couldn't sleep. "
