Room was great, staff was great. Only downside was a hole in the ceiling where something was removed and it was not patched up at all. Possibly an old sprinkler? Other than that, it was a nice stay. Thanks

The check in was a nightmare because the hotel was just sold to Quality Inns. The computer systems were incompatible so everything had to be done manually. Although they found my reservation they had no record of it being paid for. That took over an hour to straighten out. Aside from that the hotel was clean and quiet and I had an enjoyable stay.

Great Motorcycles "Roads"

There are No Good restrants in this town, and the one's that are here close at 9:00pm. Robbinsville is in a dry county, so nothing to drink. It may be the only hotel in town and its old and rundown.

Nice Hotel, very clean.

Very nice hotel. Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was exceptionally clean with good amenities. Mattresses were very good and comfortable. If I have a complaint it would be that the water saver showerhead was a bit extreme, it took forever to get the soap off. Breakfast was good with several choices for the continental breakfast.

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful place! They let us check in 2 hours early and the lobby and room were spotless! I was able to get extra blankets and hot breakfast. It's motorcycle friendly...they have special parking! If you're a smoker they have a lovely little outside area for you to sit and smoke. In the lobby they have a stack of spotless towels for you bike. It's close to the dragons tail and the Wheels Through Time museum in Maggy Valley. It is a dry town so bring your own or head to the Moonshiners Steakhouse. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay at the foot of the mountain

We stayed here overnight on a Saturday and had a great overall experience. The front desk attendant was very friendly, helpful, and caring. The hotel was very clean and kept up for the most part. The room and bed were very comfortable, which is a big plus in my opinion. Loved the wall-to-wall mirror behind the bed. Everything seemed fairly new. The local area was awesome and within walking distance to the grocery store (right across the street), which carried some organic products. There were two gas stations and plenty of fast food restaurants within walking distances. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location terrible parking lot

Parking lot was not set up for ease of use. Beds were WAY too firm imo. Everything was clean except for an overlooked coffee pot. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't over the top but was enough to snack on to get you going for the day. Ice machine was very convenient to find. Hotel was more motorcycle friendly than car friendly but I understand why because of the location to the dragon. Would stay again.

One of two hotels in town

No eggs, meat, toast or fruit yet they say breakfast. The room window will not open so smells musty,used can of lysol dry count and they have no restaurants open after ten pm

Okay for one night

The room was tiny and there was not even a mattress on the bed - just a thin box spring with a mattress pad topper. The temperature control/HVAC unit did not work, and neither did the Direct TV or the WIFI. It wasn't the cleanest of rooms, and the included breakfast was awful. (Thankfully a McDonalds was within walking distance!)

Poor facilities in a nice location

Faucet didn't work properly during nights! Very limited breakfasts. It was in a very nice area close to smoky mountain . Easily walk to Ingles . Very clean and quiet.

Beds were comfortable and clean, and the hotel was really convenient to some great roads to ride our motorcycles...( Cherohala skyway and to deals gap)
