"Long lines at checkin. But hotel is beautiful, conveniently located in Terminal 5 and held our luggage until our room was ready while we did some sightseeing in London. Would definitely stay here again!"

"It was the best experience ever, the room clean with nice view of street and garden. The menager very kind and friendly, I asked to extend check out due to sickness and she did perfectly menage everything. It is also near so many places for visit."

"Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."

"We booked two rooms, one was clean but had a lot of mildew/mold along the bathtub that was hidden by silicone, and the other room/bathroom was covered in mold all over the ceiling. We spent ONE night there and my daughter was covered in hives for 2 days after that. Not acceptable and SOO toxic/unhealthy."
