"Everything was great other than the HVAC system short cycling every 10 or 15 minutes. I realize this is likely not the hotel's fault, as the previous guest probably did not report an issue. Other than than, I would have given it 5 stars."

"Perfect LOCATION!!!! Perfect PARKING EXPERIENCE( 25 days a night you can go in and out, located across the hotel -walkable through bridge.) Perfect staff, cleanliness and overall an amazing experience. Be sure to confirm the outdoor pool is open. "

"The room was better than expected, top floor, fabulous view of the beach and ocean, clean. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and a good shower. A small kitchen with dishes, utensils and other basics provided, much appreciated. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Most staff were friendly and helpful. A few things which could have been better, there was no grab bar in the tub/shower, noise can be heard from adjoining rooms when occupied. I had a very good and reasonably priced stay at Schooner Inn."

"Managers special apps, cheese squares & chips? Room was great! Looked forward to breakfast. Place was over rum by Bus Tours, several buses. Single breakfast chef taking omelet and egg orders was buried and other breakfast items were running low to out! If packed management to staff more appropriately. Paid the price in the room expense for services. We went down the road and got breakfast or our start to the day. Think Embassey Suites has slipped a bit in their standing. Have other choices!!!!!! Just Saying"

"The front desk personnel is friendly (especially the young lady on night duty) The hotel is clean and bright. Our room is ALWAYS fresh smelling and extremely neat. The morning breakfast is tasty and filling. I have loved each time we have stayed here and is No. 1 on my hotel list !!!!!!!"

"First, we want to compliment your staff—they were great, helpful, and very responsive throughout our visit. We truly appreciated their attentiveness. However, the room we stayed in was quite noisy. It was located right next to the street, with traffic, trash pickup right beneath the room, and last night there were a few trucks working (possibly county work) without any prior notice. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for us to sleep well. Overall, aside from the noise issue, everything else about our stay was great. We hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements. Thank you again for your hospitality."
