I left the property just as I receive it. I haven’t drink no water. I haven’t drink the coffee. I am still waiting for my hundred dollars to return on my account Capital One quicksilver please looking for me. I left the hotel on Monday, March 16 6:15 AM."

"The staff was amazing but the rooms were showing their age. Our room was clean however another room in our party was very dusty and the bathroom did not look clean. "

"There was a huge confusion upon check-in; hotel front desk manager was blaming Expedia for not paying them. He went on to demand I pay for the hotel stay immediately and provide another card. He mentioned they kept trying to charge the card on file and payment did not go through. after 30 minutes or so, he finally said everything looked fine after an update and provided the room key."

"I was very disappointed that the room did not have a microwave oven. The sink in the lav was too low also,and when I took a shower the water went from boiling hot to freezing cold without my help…..worst shower I’ve had in a hotel. Room 300 needs work!"
