"The room smelt like cigarette smoke and overall very dirty"

"The beds are rather high so if you are short you will have trouble getting up in the bed but other than that the place was amazing it was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodated us as best as they possibly good and breakfast was very good"

Las piscinas pertenecen al spa y nos costó el pase por un día entero 245$ por persona, no permiten niños en el spa, no podrán entrarlo a la piscina. La comida es solo americana y están los precios algo elevados, pero el pueblo queda cerca a 10 min y tienen variedad de restaurantes de diferentes países y económicos. "

"Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. "

"Location was great! It was close enough to walk up town, so we didn't have to worry about finding a parking place. We enjoyed sitting on the private deck listening to the river. Though no fault of the management, we had some very loud neighbors that kept us awake until very late and woke us up very early. It was a quaint little lodge and we will be back!"

"Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! "

"Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay. Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this. Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip."

"Easy yo find and literally within a mile of the gate of Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and nice and staff very friendly. Decent choice of breakfast items. Room was clean and comfortable. iticky items were towels were a bit stiff, not as soft as expected, and TP was an inferior quality expected at this price point. All in all a very good choice for a quiet and comfortable stay!"
