"Very clean, very quiet, very convenient, reasonably priced, and comfortable bed. But the aspects that stood out were:
1.) Kelcey- Front Desk Receptionist. She is the personification of the concept of “Southern Hospitality.” She was kind, cheerful, efficient, and extremely helpful. I sincerely appreciate her efforts, and Best Western Corporate HQ should as well since she set the tone for my great stay. She is exactly what the hotel chain needs to enhance its already respectable reputation, and I hope she is strongly considered for a meaningful Holiday Bonus (think $$$). Additionally, Kelly Gaines, the Breakfast Manager, is definitely working very hard to make sure the day starts off right. She puts out a very nice full breakfast, but her efforts don’t stop there. If you stay in the area more than 2 minutes, you’ll see Ms. Gaines moving from location to location, cleaning the countertops, replenishing food items and utensils, etc., and doing it all with a cheerful attitude. She is another team member who should be considered for a meaningful Holiday Bonus. Accolades are nice, but cash really reinforces this kind of good performance. I cross-cross the country often, but if I have to stop in Jackson, TN, I will definitely book a room in this hotel. Great all-around experience."
