"Hotel staff are lovely! Rooms are a-bit dated, as a youngish couple we think it could have done with a refurb, more suited for the older generation but it was a nice stay! Breakfast was ok, the swimming area isn’t very big, if there was beds to lay on I would have stayed in the pool area longer and relaxed. Overall good stay. "

It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. "Driving up to this hotel it definitely had the wow factor. Reception staff were very polite and welcoming, and provided a very high level of customer service. The room itself was beautiful very large, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Evening meal was beautiful and so was breakfast. The only downfall is that this was a short overnight stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning "
