"Here’s a strong, clear review you can use: ⸻ I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The laundry facilities were extremely overpriced, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even work properly. While trying to use them, someone stole all of my family’s clothing — including my toddler’s and newborn’s clothes, which made the situation even more upsetting and stressful. What’s even more concerning is that there are no cameras in the building, so there was no way to identify who took our belongings. The lack of security is unacceptable. The staff also handled the situation poorly. They repeatedly told me they would provide updates but kept forgetting or never followed through. I’ve been trying to reach management through email, phone calls, and even messages through Expedia, but I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you value safety, communication, and basic customer service."

"Everything was great. Clean room, cable , spacious, Only stayed a couple nights but it was perfect! Plenty of food choices in the area. Cool neighborhood . Thanks Deluxe inn! "

"The parking lot was easy access, didn’t have trouble parking and loved the fact that it wasn’t street parking, staff was helpful got me into the right room the room was clean not the newest but had everything you need fridge, microwave, shower amenities, bedding was clean, and the room actually felt pretty spacious. "

"Nice Spacious rooms, a very well mentained pool and a good range of fresh breakfast from the bistro. The staff were always polite and ready to help. Definitely recommend this place."
