"Had an amazing stay with my daughter and she loved the heated pool!! Checking in was quick and staff was nice. Amenities were great and we loved dining in at Rope and Anchor downstairs. There was quite a checking out but they were efficient and attentive and we were able to leave without waiting the whole line. Definitely recommend , we had a great experience and will be back !"

However, we tried to eat on the 19th floor the first night and service was very poor and the second day my room was never cleaned. Friendly staff, but a mixed bag on results. "
