"I arrived late 20.30h. There was coloured LED light blown up on the castle in blue, red and green. It looked weird and out of place. I woke the friendly owner from a nap on the couch. The room was dated but ok clean. What really got me was the bottled water in the room. It had been opened and perhaps refilled (?), there was a substance on the edge of it. I did not drink it. "

"This family owned hotel is in the heart of Cauterets. The hotel is older and is evident when you walk the stairs and hallways where you can feel the slant in the floors. The room was very large and clean, with older french style furniture and curtains. The bathroom is very modern and had a large soaking tub.
