"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "Hôtel situé en plein centre ville des Rousses. Fenêtres doublées, on n'entend pas le bruit de la circulation même avec les chambres côté route. Confort de la chambre ok, un rafraîchissement serait souhaitable pour un hôtel de ce standing"
