I was basically the only person there for my stay, but the staff was nowhere to be found on many occasions, and they were not very helpful with transportation anywhere outside of the hotel. It felt very inconvenient to leave, forcing you to only use the amenities they offered (food and spa services). Not the worst stay but definitely not the best. "

"I booked standard rooms but found out there are small rooms (and were designed for accompanied people such as tour guides or drivers). Our rooms are hidden at the backyard and we can't see any view from the room. One of the room we book doesn't even have windows (it's only small air vent inside the room, not really what you can call windows.) You should book other type of rooms in order to get appropriate room type for your vacation (i.e. rooms in bungalow style houses).May be it's because I...
