ひどいホテル

部屋の掃除が行き届いておらず、椅子に髪の毛が数本落ちていてカビがはえていたので座らなかった。エアコンも掃除していないのかカビっぽい風が来て気持ち悪かった。自転車が借りられると書いてあったので聞いたら、パンクしていて借りれなかった。自転車の修理ぐらいすぐ出来るのだからしておくべきではないか？ さらに驚くべきことに、夜シャワーを浴びようとしたらお湯が出なくなった。スタッフは夜ホテルにおらず、緊急先の電話番号にかけても誰も出てこなかった。シャワーが浴びられず最悪だった。

Quite hotel right behind the city side

It's located in Niman but inside little alley so it keeps quite atmosphere. My room was suite, it was big and clean, design is a bit old style but i like the comfortable mood. One thing bothered me was that i had to choose the breakfast menu and time when i checked-in. I wanted to select the menu according to my appetite in the morning but i couldn't. But the breakfast was good. Overall, it was nice enough hotel.

窓は網戸が付いているものの、ドアを開けて掃除をするせいなのか部屋にも蚊が多いです。蚊取り線香のようなものはないので、自分で用意してきた方がいいかもしれません。

隠れ家的なホテル

中心部からは離れますが、MAYAモール近くで食事には困りません。中心部までもソンテウで簡単に行くことができます。ただし道を覚えておかないと、知名度が低いようでタクシーの運転手も知らないことが多いです。

金額の割に広い部屋

部屋は清潔で広いのですが、窓が小さいのが難点です。また、毎日翌日の朝食の申告が必要なため、その点が少々面倒です。

연말에 2박했습니다. 마야몰 바로 건너편이라 위치가 정말 좋았어요 라지만 연말이라 마야몰에서 아침부터 밤까지 음악을 틀거나 공연을 해서 시끄럽기도 했고 또 공항과 가까워서 비행기 이륙할때마다 마찬가지로 시끄러웠어요. 객실은 란나스타일의 멋스러움이 있어서 좋았지만 모기가 많았고 여기저기 곰팡이와 먼지가 조금 거슬렸어요. 스탭들은 그냥 보통이었어요. 체크인할 때 방열쇠를 찾지못해 30분정도 1층에서 기다렸고 둘째날은 아침식사 가져다주는 걸 까먹었네요. 아침식사 메뉴가 다양해서 좋았는데 하루밖에 먹지못해 아쉬웠네요. 가격대비 위치 시설 좋은 편이라고 생각해요.

房間超賣被降等房型，且飯店都不主動說明及退差額，態度很消極；房間床單黏黏的，熱水不夠熱；不推薦

原訂了2晚，check in 後，到進房時發現房型不對，跟櫃台反應，但櫃台人員英文不大好，還好有當地朋友用泰文跟櫃台溝通了解許久及櫃台打去問經理講半天，才知原本訂的房型VIP Suit超賣沒房了，被降等房型一晚，隔天才恢復到原房型，直到要check out，飯店竟然沒有對超賣此事道歉，也沒有主動退差額的動作，非常糟的消極服務態度，若非主動提出，等於就被飯店黑走了差額。 另外房間內熱水非常不熱，當地晚上較冷，洗澡很不舒服；VIP Suit 的房型很令人失望，燈光用白光，一點氣氛都沒有，格局不佳，行李沒地方可以好好放，床壂偏硬且床單有點黏黏的很不好睡。 雖鄰近商圈，但位於一個很長的暗巷中，整體來說非常不推薦

ไปพักห้องสูทมาค่ะ เป็นโรงแรมเล็กๆ จำนวนห้องน้อย อยู่ในตัวเมืองเดินทางสะดวก ส่วนตัวเราชอบค่ะ เวลาพักก็เงียบสงบดี แต่ไม่ได้อยู่ไกล หาของกิน เดิน 5นาทีจากโรงแรมถึงห้าง สะดวกดี พอดีเป็นคนตื่นง่ายมากๆ ตอนกลางคืนมีเสียงรถจากถนนใหญ่ดังมาถึงบ้าง พวกรถซิ่ง รถธรรมดาไม่มีเสียงมาถึงค่ะ ถือว่าโอเคสำหรับคนตื่นง่าย ที่ชอบอีกอย่างคือ โรงแรมดูร่มรื่น ตอนเช้ามานั่งทานอาหารหน้าห้อง อากาศดีค่ะ พนักงานกันเอง อาหารเช้าAB โอเค

their car park only has space for 2 cars... otherwise you have to park along the small street in front of the hotel. Via Expedia they might allow pets, but when we stayed there with our small dog, they react like we are not allowed to stay with our dog... weird, but well, other than that everything is wonderful here :)
