Congress Plaza Hotel
It was everything we needed it to be but the bed felt like laying on soft carpet. Why is it so firm that it didn’t even mold to my body?

Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport
Friendly check in and concierge. Had distilled water for CPAP. Clean room. Beds were not comfortable. Room very hot on arrival. Rooms need a refresh. Dated and worn. Shower water temperature variable (did not stay warm). I expected more from a Hilton, and at almost $400 a night.

Hilton Chicago
The room was very clean, I liked how they didn’t let too many people into the pool at once, and the staff was very friendly and kind.
