The place and rooms were very clean and organized and we had a really nice receptionist check us in. The downsides were that the shower drain was not working properly and another receptionist we encountered was not very helpful when we asked questions. Overall really good for a quick stay.

Hotel is extremely dated, drab, the carpets in the hallways are gathered, bunchy, and not secured in place. The elevator doors don’t fully open and make inordinately loud noises. The room cleaning crew was timely, polite, and thorough. The desk staff was efficient and friendly. The fitness gym was crowded and missing a recumbent exercise bike generally found in gyms of similarly price-range hotels.

I had a problem with the bathtub draining and asked front desk if we could transfer to another room, but couldn't do it right away at the moment since the double beds were all booked ( it was 4am). The young sir at the reception was very kind and handled the issue well :) and had us transfered as soon as a double room was available! And so was all the other staff! The cleaning ladies said good morning as i passed by and the towels were always fresh! The overall stay was exceptional! But the staff made it better! :)

Good affordable location for a place to sleep. Not far from the airport and close to some good food spots. Easy parking and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms did what they needed to do but a bit outdated. However, I would not mind staying here again for the price if I need a place to sleep.

Property could use some updating. The TVs aren't smart TVs so you can't access, premium channels that you already pay for. Internet connection is out dated and only accommodates USB ports and plug in 120 outlets. The staff is very friendly and do their best. The food from the lounge is exceptionally good. The property is safe.
