"This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here, and we’ve never had any complaints before... but this last time, there were a few things we didn't like. First, we were given a room with a dirty bathroom, and the TV didn't work; also, the chairs had been left in the room but the table was missing. "Love the cleanliness and the atmosphere was great"

"The hotel advertises a swimming pool and when we asked where we could find it that’s when they told us there is no pool. Apparently there has not been a pool in years. Another issue was the room we were given was nothing like the one in the photos. Not happy at all with their false advertising. Lastly I do not recommend their breakfast buffet which is just slightly above what you get at other hotels with complimentary breakfast. Sorry Hyatt but it was a disappointing experience."
