We checked in and we did a check for bed bugs like we do at every hotel we stay in. Sure enough we found one on one of the beds so we left immediately.

Everything with checking in and out was fine,the breakfast was good the only issues I encountered was my room was cold from the time I checked in till leaving when called the front desk to tell them about the heat not working they sent a Maintenance guy that came within a reasonable time frame but didn’t do anything but laugh and ask when was I leaving and simply cut off the air and left and said the room will eventually heat up but it didn’t so I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket and without looking said there was no more ; the pool was okay but I couldn’t enjoy the hot tub because it was overcrowded with kids n babies that wasn’t supposed to be in there to began with as their parents sat around drinking beer and allowed their kids to run wild … on top of all the stares me and my family received from the yt people I felt very uncomfortable and as if my presence was unwelcome and issues was not seen to because of my color skin

We had a lovely stay with the friendly team at the embassy suites. The location is a little difficult as it’s fairly cut off from the neighboring areas but the team made up for it by going above and beyond.

I don’t like when I called the front desk and asked for an extra blanket I was told there is already a blanket in the room. The response should have been ok we will bring you a blanket.

We enjoyed this Hotel Everytime, Swimming pool, Early Breakfast 😁 for early risers. Family friendly 😁 Fitness Center 😁 Cooks Listen carefully for Omelette making. 😁 Extra Towels was needed and delivered in timely manner. 😁 I wish pool area had rubber mates on floor near areas where a slip could happen for elders who come in to watch& sit, More smiles at front desk please.

Staff was super nice and helpful!! We where there for my son's graduation from the Navy and i thought it was a great and convinced area between the airport and base to stay. The breakfast was really good tbe 2 ladies that was cooking and keeping food out and cleaning did an excellent job plus the drinks at night was nice. I would most definitely stay again.

I love the dining options and daily happy hour. The location was very close to where I had to go each day. I wish there were more options for breakfast items at the daily continental breakfast and that the hotel was a bit cleaner. I will be back soon.

This property was great for a family stay. The property was clean, bright and the staff were a great help. The breakfast had a great selection of items available to suit a range of diets and ages. My only one issue was the random times that housekeeping came. There seemed to be no structure and could turn up at any time. This could be quite an inconvenience.

Horrible. We traveled an hr to come to those embassy suites since we love them so much. This by far has to be the worst embassy suites we’ve been to . There were so many parties going on over the room capacity the pool area was a mess no clean towels. Wet towels laying everywhere..you couldn’t even breathe with so much chlorine. I was first placed in room 429. There was a loud party next door. I immediately went to front desk and said what was going on with the party next door for us to be given another room in 613 for a party to be going on in 615 with the doors wide open and music playing. It’s currently 11:33 pm and you can here music playing and people yelling and playing all through the hotel. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We asked from desk for fork and napkins they said they don’t have any coming from the male manager on duty. The fact the hotel is nice but the fact they allow so many parties in rooms. That should strictly be for one floor and limited the pool area. Since the people who payed would also enjoy amenities to.
