"The hotel was very nice. The 29th floor bar was cozy and provided a great atmosphere overlooking the streets of Chicago. The room was spacious enough. I loved the wall art and the wall mural behind the bed. I love it had a microwave!! I like the room had a sitting area where you could dress or visitors could sit. Although when I first walked around the room, the bathroom had few hairs on the sink and there was no liquid soap but it had a small bar soap. It was also weird to have a few stairs in the room to get down to the bed area. As a solo traveler, I didn't like that my room was a corner room. I am not sure if that is the standard for this hotel when booked as a individual stay or booked through hotels.com."

"We loved the location. The hotel lobby and bar was nice. The breakfast buffet was an average buffet, nothing fancy. Our room was on the small side and the furniture needs some upgrading. The room was clean and we would stay there again. Friendly staff. The person whom booked on Expedia in front of me had there room denied, due to overbooking. They did not offer them a room at another hotel. The staff told the person to contact Expedia. You may want to call the hotel a couple of days before to make sure your booking is accepted. My booking was luckily accepted. Tip for dog owners: if your dog is only urinates on grass, there are patches of grass a couple of blocks east on Lake Shore Drive."

"Location is a plus, very close to many dining places and shopping. Love the room, very spacious and comfortable for 2 people but honestly could do with 4. Happy hour and events at the hotel definitely made this stay even better!!"

"The staff is so friendly. The location is amazing. I wish the coffee was 24:7 maybe it was just like an off day or so. It was just empty a few times but I sleep in. I loved this place"

"Loved staying here! Rooms are smaller but perfect amenities. Pillows are the perfect fluffiness not lumpy. The sheets were silky. Espresso machine was devine. Price very competitive. A short walk to Michigan avenue. Would stay here everytime I am in town."
