Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
Hotel staff were superior! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, and getting my luggage up to my room was hands free thanks to the staff. Rooftop was wonderful!! Parking was easy and close, also in a great location of Downtown Chicago

I would rate this hotel as good to excellent if not for one employee. I stayed two nights and all the staff including front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were customer friendly and efficient with one exception. Room could have been a bit cleaner, don’t bother parking in the hotel itself as there is parking literally a 5 minute walk away and if you pay for it online in advance it is much cheaper!
