"Poorly managed staff and poorly trained. Took more than two hours to check in due to an employee mistake. Unable to talk to manager. Not help at desk during checkout. Pay for parking was muncher higher for this area and well above other close hotels of higher caliber."

"I would not recommend this hotel. The property was extremely unclean. There was a dead bug on the AC unit in our room, and the bed was in poor condition, which forced us to request a room change. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. There were old mattresses left in the hallways ..."

"Shower didn’t drain and zero towels in room to start… shower leaked all over the floor Reno just isn’t done will prolly be much better when it is, a lot of chipped paint and broken/ splintered door frames for 259 a night… tv was also about 20ft from end of the bed.. at 40in you can’t see it lol"

"the first 2 days we ended up in a room the air didn't work . it was very hot but the hotel was sold out and the moment a room came available to staff was very nice and moved us and took money off our bill . I will say if you smoke or even vape they have sensors in the room that detect the air quality ..."
