"I booked a room with a bedroom. When I check in I get this dinky little room from the 1940's. I go to the front desk and say this isnt the room I booked. I show them the picture of the room on the website where I booked the room and they tell me 'we don't have those types of rooms here'. It was 11pm. ..."

"The hotel was not well maintained. Not cleaned to the fullest. The owner of the hotel was being rude to people and coming to their room with a hour left until check out to tell them they need to leave. Just wasn’t a good experience at all."
