"I decided to do a one day vacay the property was extremely beautiful. Deborah checked she was wonderful. Room was clean pools were great, food good. After checking out the following day went to the restaurant to get a quick bite before heading home lol I only wanted a side of bacon and water. I asked a young lady could she let someone know that there are customers waiting. She says to she’s coming she the only person working. I said okay I do not think she knows people are out here. "Property and Rooms are clean. Customer service was great including Housekeeping, Servers for the Breakfast (Friendly and quick to replace food items that are out) and upfront guest service. Pet friendly"

"The next door neighbor had a party and they were loud with a lot of people and noise, slamming the doors in and out even people standing in front of our door in the hallway. It lasted a day and a half. Everything else was ok!!"

"A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! "

"First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "We were reluctant to make reservations because of the very few reviews. We are sure glad we did. It is newly renovated and has only been open a few days. Room was clean and large. Many shops nearby. Very friendly staff. And the price was about half that of other hotels nearby. Can’t recommend it highly enough."

"The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, however, has black mold all over the top of the shower and there were counter stains and delaminating which took away from the experience. The area was okay but there were some areas of the motel property that gave huge safety concerns but luckily we didn’t have to stay on that side. There is no breakfast included at all. "I was not overly impressed that my children found casings of guns on the floor while they were playing."

"My overall experience was very good. My room was very clean. The entire staff was outstanding. There was plenty of parking. The only thing I would change would be to provide a better matress. I had a king size bed with an 6-inch pillow top mattress that had a Matress topper. Even with this added cushioning, the matress showed its age with some sagginess in the middle."

"The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay."
