This hotel is wonderful! It's right by a stunning beach. The hotel doesn't have loungers on the beach, but there is a separate bar that offered these for a charge. The pools are beautiful, and the staff was very friendly (probably the main asset of this property). Things that's lacking for a 5 star hotel and that could be improved: I sent multiple emails through Expedia, which weren't answered to. There is no hotel shuttle or taxi partnership; the room cleaning mlacked attention to detail (partial restocking, etc).; coffees weren't great, so we had them at the beach bar from the hotel nearby; There is private paid parking right in front of the hotel (the info on theor website isn't very clear on parking) and seems to have lots of space The breakfast buffet was great; We had a seaview room above the golf court, and this was wonderful We ate at Hayaca, the rooftop restaurant twice and the food was mixed: some fishes like empanadas were exceptional, other dishes (burger) came cold

Plus: Zugang und Blick zum wunderschönen und sauberen Strand und Meer. Sonnenuntergänge. Tolle und großzügig Poollandschaft. Minus: Frühstück fur ein 5 Sterne Hotel einfallslos. Preis für die Teilnahme am mittelmäßigen Abendessen zu hoch. Hoteleigener Parkplatz angenehm aber nicht incl. und sehr teuer. Kein eigener Strandbereich mit Sonnenschutz und Liegen. War für uns aber nicht so wichtig.

Zimmer/Essen: Das DZ (Oh LàLà) mit MB war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer top. An den zentralen Aufzügen gibt es (etwas versteckt) Wasser- und Eiswürfelspender. Große Speisenauswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen und mehrere Kaffeevollautomaten. Beim Abendessen zwei nicht so gute Punkte: - die Tische/Sets waren manchmal nicht sauber. Abwischen mit feuchten Papiertüchern reicht halt nicht und oft waren Krümel auf den Stühlen/Sesseln - die frische Zubereitung von Fleisch und Fisch ist eine gute Idee. Allerdings war das Fleisch oft in der Mitte noch roh. Pool/Strand: An den drei Pools (inkl. einem Infinity Pool) waren genügend Liegen vorhanden (Reisezeit September). Die stellenweise laute Beschallung mit Chillout Musik am Pool und im Restaurant hat uns nicht so gestört - andere Gäste schon. Über einen Steg erreicht man in wenigen Minuten den breiten und langen Strand mit vielen Strandbars. Lage: Das Hotel liegt außerhalb vom Zentrum. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es über 10 Minuten Fußmarsch. Parken: Das Abstellen eines Autos auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz wird mit 20 Euro/Tag berechnet. Das Abstellen an der Straße ist ebenfalls kostenpflichtig, kostet allerdings 'nur' 20 Euro die Woche. Das Hotelpersonal ist bei der Einrichtung der Parkapp gerne behilflich. Die App ist ausschließlich auf spanisch ... Der Servicegedanke war in allen Bereichen top! Fazit: gerne wieder!

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön gelegen auf einer Anhöhe in Sancti Petri direkt am Meer. Das Hotel verfügt über drei Pools und einem großen Bereich zum liegen sowie über eine Dachterrasse mit Pool und Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist okay, jedoch nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau. Geschirr oftmals verschmutzt und die Qualität der Produkte könnte besser sein. Das Hotelpersonal spricht überwiegend Spanisch, kaum Englisch. Dies erschwert die Kommunikation massiv, vor allem beim Frühstück und Bar Bereich. Die Hotelzimmer sind schön, jedoch könnte die Reinigung gründlicher sein.

La struttura, che noi già conoscevamo per precedenti e ripetuti soggiorni a Ibiza proprio presso Amare, risulta esteticamente molto bella. La colazione offre tanta varietà di cibi e le camere sono sempre ben pulite; anche le piscine e le aree degli ombrelloni sono curate. La vista sul mare è il focus della vacanza: la spiaggia La Barrosa è accessibile tramite un pontile per ammirare tramonti incredibili e per fare belle passeggiate lungo l’oceano. Unico vulnus del nostro soggiorno è stato l’arrivo: mancata accoglienza da parte dei due operatori del Front Office presenti nel tardo pomeriggio del 16/08, supponenza e scarsa professionalità negli atteggiamenti, anche piuttosto immaturi. Erano due i ragazzi che ridacchiavano durante le operazioni di check-in anziché impegnarsi a illustrare i servizi e le aree dell’hotel. Le osservazioni non vanno estese a tutto il personale, ovviamente, ma - lo ripeto - soltanto alle persone coinvolte nell’episodio appena descritto come sgradevole e davvero poco professionale.

El hotel es precioso. El problema es que para realizar el checking tuvimos que esperar una hora. Cuatro mostradores y en algunos dos personas y el servicio iba extremadamente lento. Por otro lado para el desayuno (que era de 7.30 a 11h tuvimos que esperar 50 minutos para poder entrar y eso que bajamos a las 10. La respuesta fue que debíamos haber bajado antes, respuesta inadecuada teniendo en cuenta que uno va a descansar y si el desayuno es de 7.30 a 11 deben atenderte en ese horarios. Les faltó personal y el lugar del desayuno era un caos. Muchas mesas vacías y gente de pie en la cola esperando para entrar. Perdimos mucho tiempo en estas cosas.
