"The route was poorly lit for night time check in. The water was not hot. While the staff was pleasant they were unable to give us hot water prior to our check out and offered their apologies. They should have offered a discount since on our second day we were unable to shower before our departure. I question if I would stay there again."

"The staff was more than just accommodating, they were sweet and extremely helpful. My only concern was how incredibly dirt and messy the state of the bed and it’s sheets were. Holy moly, blood stains, and a whole bunch of other stains rid the bed. What can I say tho, it was the cheapest place to stay. I’ll definitely not do anything last minute anymore. I highly recommend spending the few extra dollars to stay at the Hilton right next door.
A very good mistake learnt.

"air conditioner didn't work. We moved to a clean room where AC worked but very noisy. Also noticed a man taking a shower with a garden hose, just outside the pool area. Motel was not in newer area of chico, so had a pretty "used" atmosphere about it and not well maintained. price reflected conditiopn of unit."

"The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful."
