We only stayed here one night, so limited review. We had a charming apartment room which was spacious, very clean and had everything you would need to self-cater. The hotel was in an excellent position where you could walk to shops and restaurants within a minute. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely traditional hotel situated in a stunning part of Bavaria. We stayed in a “Ferienwohnung” type room, which was very spacious and clean. It has all modern facilities such as a flat screen tv etc. Most of all we enjoyed the stunning views from our large private balcony. The management of this privately run hotel made us feel very welcome at check in and looked after us throughout our stay. We would like to say a very special thank you to Dani, who works in the hotel restaurant. She made...

Service was great...in both reception and the restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing as always. We stay here often and love it. The room was a little on the chilly side but we were too tired after a day of skiing to report it! Overall we love this place and will we be back in a couple of weeks :-)

Good views of mountains, friendly efficient staff and delicious food

Room had nice touches, thoughtful attention to detail. Short walk into town.

Very nice hotel in a lovely setting

Everything was great wonderful hotel great breakfast

This is such a wonderful place! Everything about the property is faultless, the location is perfect to enjoy nature and relax, the food is incredible and the staff could not be more courteous and helpful! Definitely have to return!

Accommodating environment. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Delicious food.

Our room was very clean no comfortable with many unexpected little extras. Tee and coffee supplied daily, CD and radio provided, bath robes and slippers, everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a big balcony with the most wonderful view of the mountains, it was delightful to sit out in the evening watching the sun go down behind the mountains. The food was good and plentiful, and drinks were reasonably priced. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Super welcome, fantastic 'Tower Room'. There is only one such room and it has panoramic views of Salzburg and environs. Breakfast, service, friendliness all first rate. A small hike out of town, but well worth it!

Location was perfect the staff very polite and helpful and the breakfast was lovely

I stayed at the Hyperion during a last minute trip to Salzburg. The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazingly attentive. It is in a brilliant location- across the road from Mirabell palace and gardens and approximately a 10 minute stroll through the gardens and over the footbridge to reach the old town. Panorama tours check in and pick up spot is literally a one minute walk and if you want to catch the airport bus, it is in the same area. The room and hotel environment are spotlessly clean. The...

This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.
