Beautiful location and grounds. Lovely facility with first class amenities. Sadly staffing is an issue. Reception is not very responsive….calls go unanswered especially evenings. The dining area was lovely, menu sounds good but they were unable to deliver a decent haxen….again lovely presentation but overcooked, dry, and missing nice crackling. One expects more for the price. Maybe it was a bad few days…

Nice hotel, but the rooms were a little basic for the price, even though quite spacious. The spa area was nicely renovated and the saunas had a nice view into nature, but the sauna area itself was slightly difficult to navigate, because there were many separate rooms for the saunas and not one large area which gave you a good overview of everything. The breakfast buffet was standard, but lacked a choice of milk alternatives such as oat milk, which were provided only on request. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel bem situado, atendentes gentis mas muitas (os) despreparados para servir. Menu não mudou as opções de refeições durante toda a semana. Também é caro. Varanda sem luz (quebrada a lâmpada), quarto sem ar condicionado. Mobiliário precisa reforma. Não está a altura de estrela Michelin o restaurante de jeito nenhum.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war nicht überzeugend - in Umfang und Qualität. Das Teewasser im Samowar nur lauwarm, der Kaffee nicht schmackhaft. Der Zimmerservice war mittelmäßig. Trinkgläser wurden nicht gespült, bzw. durch frische ausgetauscht, die Kaffeemaschine nicht gelehrt. Alles sehr enttäuschend - für 5 Sterne.

Wir waren rundum mit unserem Aufenthalt im Gut Steinbach zufrieden. Die Lage ist unglaublich schön — man ist nur von Natur umgeben, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Die verschiedenen Einrichtungen und Angebote des Guts sind super und vielschichtig. Der Service war ebenfalls jederzeit hervorragend.

Eine schöne und tolle Unterkunft mit potenzial zu mehr. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber und doch waren Haare in der Badewanne. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, leider wird allerdings durch die vorgegebene Etagere sehr viel Essen zurückgegeben. Der Service beim Frühstück war nicht koordiniert und organisiert. Es hat schon mal 15.Minuten gedauert um einen Cappuccino zu bestellen. Ich habe Familien beobachtet, diese hatten mit ihren Kindern schon sehr zu kämpfen, weil es sehr lange gedauert hat, bis das Essen oder die Servicekraft kam. Beim auschecken aus dem Hotel, musste ich das Personal darauf hinweisen, dass ich doch gerne meine offenen Posten noch bezahlen möchte. Fazit: Für ein 4*S Hotel, muss der Service vom Personal sehr viel besser werden und ich empfehle hier dringend eine Schulung. Die Ausstattung und Landschaft vom Hotel sind nämlich mehr als gegeben um einen tollen und unvergesslichen Urlaub zu erhalten.
