"This roadside pub with inn above was so convenient for my stopover to Highclere Castle, it’s a shame I didn't have more time there. The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and quiet, the shower has great water pressure."

"Had a lovely stay the staff are so nice and helpful.
Beds are very comfortable and the food is great.
Was so nice being somewhere that caters for gluten free with no problems.
This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back."

"What a fabulous place to stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The pub and the outdoor areas are wonderful the food and drinks plentiful and delicious. We stayed in Bluebell room which had everything you could possibly need including toiletries water tea/coffee iron in fact all you need is your clean undies 😂 added bonus we sat and watched the world cup final outside with a great bunch of people from all over the world. "A lovely place to stay . Unfortunately no air conditioning in this heat . Had a fan in the room which helped a bit staff were helpful and we had a lovely meal at the Boat House . Great location."
