"Room was clean , staff was super kind and supportive. The hotel is over 100 years old, keeping its original way. Like a museum, in a time machine you feel. Elevator was not working but they were working on it. We enjoyed the simplicity..Location is unbeatable. Parking is only for a couple cars but there are many paid parking around. I definitely will stay in the Gardner hotel when I'm back El Paso. "

"Very clean hotel with very accommodating staff. My room was great. Very comfortable bedding. I felt very welcomed by the servers at Mamacita, the bar tenders in the lounge especially Joy! I felt secure and looked out for by Ruben in security. I have traveled all over the world and that's what hospitality is about! Not only was the hotel great but it was easy to check out the dining, coffee, and bar options!"
