"The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was perfect. The gym’s equipment needed to be worked on and the pool had some window problems. Ice machine was empty most of our visit. Super convenient for downtown Lake Charles and to our venue for Saturday night. Staff were super friendly. Would stay again when visiting LA."

"Rented two rooms with 4 beds total. Every bed sheet had stains on them. One bed had mildew on the bed and sheets. AC had mildew or mold on vents. One room smelled so wet and gross. Pictures must have been taken when the hotel was built because it looked nothing like the pictures. So much noise coming from the highway couldn’t sleep. Pool was tiny. Every time house keeping came they turned the air way up to make the room hot when we got back. “Breakfast” they offered was only muffins and yogurt....

"Soon as we pulled up to the property at 1:30 am we noticed a lot of people standing outside. One of those people walked up to the car to attempt a drug transaction not knowing who we were. There was noise and traffic throughout the night which made it impossible to sleep. Lastly the room had fleas"

"My room wasn’t clean! she mattress cover had mold!!!! When i asked for a new room i was told they didn’t have any more rooms which is hard to believe! i only needed the room to study as i just started school and needed a quiet place to myself but i will NOT be going back there😂!"

"I was told, they cleaned their room every twice a month. Floor sticky when walks bear feet. Curtain blind broken no one care. Refrigerator old dirty, no ice trays. Elevator broke all the time."

"The property was filthy the room had 2 used nasty condoms and I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night as the location was disgusting they kept my money"

"I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. "

"The toilet was not bolted down at all. We killed two German roaches & a bed bug. I called to tell the hotel attendant and his response was “ okay”. I would not recommend staying here. Ever. At all. It’s awful."
