"We had a wonderful visit everyone was so nice they had 3 parking options the room was beautiful and so clean ! Super comfortable bed also! Breakfast was also super nice got to try new things! So close to everything downtown we walked everywhere "

"We absolutely loved our room and the location. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the noise, maybe if our room had a door (Dashing Wave) to block out the hallway light and noise from people coming and going. But honestly this room and amenities was nicer than the last Four Seasons we stayed in. We will be back!! LOVED the bed, so comfy. Housekeeping was an absolute angel. Do everything to keep her (Carol I think?) "

"My room was very clean. The king size bed was super comfortable. The floors are not covered in carpet so it was very easy to hear the people above me moving around their room, but that would be my only negative comment. The breakfast area was well stocked each morning & the staff taking care of it was very sweet & kind. I'll keep this place in mind for my next trip back to this area."

"The hotel was easy to find and ideally located for downtown Portsmouth. I was frustrated by how expensive the valet parking was, and the lack of self parking options, considering the hotel had its own parking lot. The lobby and check-in process was nice, very clean and orderly. Sadly our room was less than relaxing. I thought having a corner room would be quieter but the floors are poorly insulated, and the stairwell door next to ours slammed very loudly. Worst of all the mattress, was an older spring style, with subpar linens and pillows. Definitely one of the worst nights of sleep I've had at a Hilton property, ever. The bathroom was spacious but there were spots of mold in the shower, and a leak in the door that left water all over floor. With at least 5 other similar 3/4 star hotels within a 2 block radius, I'll definitely try somewhere else next time we're in town. "
