"This was a perfect experience for what we wanted. Carla is amazing. Pick up was easy. She arranged a rental for us to use. The lodge was secluded (which we loved and wanted). It was clean and view of the ocean from our window and balcony along with the stars at night beyond perfect. We will stay here every time we visit. "

"As an American traveler, I realize my expectations are different from local standards, so I'm rating this property with that in mind. By the standards I'm accustomed to in the United States, I would have rated this property 1 star. However, recognizing that expectations and accommodations may differ in Chile, I'm giving it 3 stars. I'm genuinely trying to be fair and take those differences into account, even though, for me, this was not a particularly pleasant experience. The home is spacious...
