"I wanted to give them 5 stars. The hotel is lovely, clean, and quiet. They also have a great breakfast. However I had one event that was not handled appropriately. My dinner bill was $5 incorrect based on their error. They called my room twice and the next morning demanded I pay the $5. I only had USD, so I paid. And then they subsequently added it to the credit card bill as well… I felt their desire to get the $5 was a bit much and really was not worth getting a lower rating for such a small annoying detail. "

"It is an amazing property taking into consideration the location. Don’t expect the same accommodation than in a major city. The personal is extremely helpful and for me it is the most important thing when you are close to the end of the world 😁"

"Excellent place to stay. Room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Many shops and restaurants are within a few blocks, and waterfront area is probably a 5-10 minute walk."
