"This is truly a unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and ambiance plus the owner and staff were incredible friendly and knowledgeable. When I come back to Panama I will definitely stay here again!! Loved this hotel!!!"

"Pool was and and everything was very clean and good food too. Everything has been improved from 3 years ago. Nice friendly staff. Two negatives, outdoor hot tub was colder than the pool, but pool was perfect. Outdoor bar, restaurant or no where could you charge anything to your room. Hard to to have cash when your at a swim up bar."

"Unfortunately the apartment was not prep with the inclusions paid for. There was no WiFi nor live cable and never received assistance towards it. They offered a change of apartment and stated for one day at 9 am and didn’t receive further assistance towards it. Aside the cleanliness inside was not to its top: inside the refrigerator was a cleaning cloth left inside and the main bathroom was still with shaved hairs from a man. "Amazing area and hotel"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Panamá Canal hadn’t been back home to Panamá in over 10 years. It was wonderful to stay somewhere nearer where I grew up. I was able to take a couple trips and it’s very close to everything that I wanted to do the staff is very friendly and professional not pushy and overbearing like some other hotels. I recommend it 100% and I will definitely come back."

"The pool area, tennis and paddle court were the most enjoyable parts of the hotel. The breakfast does not offer ample variety and the servers are sometimes distracted to what the customers need. The staff at the counter is okay but not as helpful as they should be. They do not want to offer solutions when asked difficult questions and the manager is nowhere to found."

"The location was very neat UNTIl we tried to fall asleep. There was a considerable amount of noise from the road and nearby parking lot. Loud trucks drove to the cruise ship area at all hours. We had a smoke alarm that decided to chirp in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not available so I was able to get a battery from the front desk and changed it myself. "Great location, near metro. Great staff. Breakfast was included and was great with buffet-like options that mostly changed daily. Pool and gym were great. Having more available pool and gym towels would have been ideal but when asked staff were helpful. I personally enjoyed the steam room near the gym, I like a good sweat. Overall, would stay here again."
