"The staff was great, very helpful, and the hotel feels nice and new. Everything was clean. The shower was great and the bed was comfy, although a little soft for personal preference. Everything was great, just some little things that were a little lame. The TV was stuck on store demo mode. We only had it for background noise in the morning, so not a big deal, but strange. The fridge didn't seem to get very cold, and it made a shrill hum whenever the motor kicked in. We eventually just turned...

"Lobby has a lovely ambiance with the restaurant and bar! Great view on back side of hotel! On to a gorgeous little pond. Excellent friendly staff. Fantastic pool area and hot tub! Great work out facilities and the eucalyptus face towels in the gym were a real treat! Location is fantastic! Room was spacious! Good stay!"

"Great overall. Second visit here. First visit was perfect, second visit - there’s no flip flops available. Kind of at a shock as they had it when I first visited them. They said it’s out of stock, did not expect them to run out of slippers at a lodge. Great experience overall though"

"The room in the main building was nicer compared to the motel section (less musty smelling). I had to go back to the hotel to check for lost earrings. I attempted to call the lost and found line but there was no answer and they said they closed at 4pm (I went back earlier than that and found that the lost and found staff had gone home.) Updating hours for that would be helpful. The front desk staff were helpful and had gone up to the room to check but said they couldn't find anything. I asked...

"Thought I had booked a pet friendly room, apparently not , the front desk had to make some changes. Still every thing turned out fine, just a short delay getting into the room."
