"Fantastic hotel staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooms spotless and staff all pleasant"

"I have stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Overall, great experience. 30-40 min walk to the Shanghai Expo Center ( about 2.5 miles) which I did every day forth and back as a good exercise. Room price is good. Clean rooms. Plenty of free water bottles at the lobby, on the floors and at the rooms, Regular coke and orange juice from the room refrigerator is free as well and gets refilled daily. Great breakfast buffet. Not many restaurants around in the walking distance. 30-35 min drive to the...

"Walking distance to Expo center. Very friendly staff members. And very clean rooms. Walking distance to mall. Over all great experience"

"Staff were very welcoming. Location was convenient for my itinerary and hotel also has its own restaurant service so that was very convenient as well. Room was cleaned regularly."

"New building which however check in counter is very small and process is slow. Room is spacious however shower is not flexible designed."

"Within 24 hours, we experienced multiple issues that made our stay extremely disappointing. The Wi-Fi was complicated to connect to, and reception spent 10 minutes trying to connect my phone without success. No staff we encountered spoke English, there were no English-speaking TV channels, and communication was difficult throughout. We booked a room for two people, yet only one breakfast was included. Even worse, we were initially refused a second room key card. We were told there was another...
