"Great staff, clean rooms, under construction during stay but the noise was never heard. Quiet safe area with trees surrounding, no noise from the interstate even with a room facing the interstate."

"We stayed for two nights. When I made the reservation, no one mentioned or written anywhere you had to have your card scanned for $100 in case of any incidents. You are supposed to get it back when you check out, have not seen it credited yet. The first night, my son found a lot of long, black hairs on his pillows. The next day, went down for breakfast, most of the food was gone. The small bottles of milk were spoiled. The chocolate milk was so spoiled, it was a solid. When we came back that night, used the bathroom and the toilet was clogged and flooded the bathroom. When my son went to go to bed, he found a huge clump of blond hair in the bed. There was so much, like someone cleaned a hair brush on the bed. Also, the remote to the TV died, the battery cover was screwed shut. When we brought it to their attention, we were told they could not change out the batteries because maintenance had everything locked up and they did not have a key. We complained when we checked out, they supposedly refunding one of the nights."

"Our hotel rooms stopped the cleanest. There was fingerprints on our bathroom door and walls. Room floor had problems on them like it hadn’t been slept the front desk. I am doing great, but showed pictures of a weight and he said that he had one in the pool is supposed to open April 1 and the pool is empty. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs to help in the cleaning department. Definitely not the cleanest hotel."

"We had a great day! The room was spotless and well equipped, the staff was kind and courteous, and the location is ideal to restaurants. The only thing to note, and I noticed it is temporary, but we booked an executive suite and we’re disappointed that we did not have access to the executive launch because it is under construction at this time. I do wish we had been informed of this when making our reservation. They did accommodate us and serve meals and snacks in a different room, but we were looking forward to enjoying the view and our time upstairs. We would definitely return on another trip despite that disappointment and are excited to see the improvements that they’ve made as a result of that Construction."

"The hotel is in a great location right off the highway. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. Our room was up against the ice machine so you heard it making noise all night. Got used to it, didn’t keep us up but it could have been on a different wall to avoid that. Breakfast was included and had a variety of foods. But the hot food wasn’t that great. Good bagels and yogurt. Plenty of parking but didn’t realize there was a parking fee for every day we were there. When booking the room I didn’t remember that $5 charge daily. It is one of the better hotels in Kannapolis so we might end up staying there again."

"We have stayed at other Quality Inns, this one was by far the nicest one.. some of them are literally "no tell motels" this one was definitel not.. the room was modern, clean, with miminul noise.. it was like a sample room.. the sheets where clean and white, the bed really did have a very comfortable pillow top.. the walls looked freshly painted.. the bathroom was spotless.. the people at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.. will be our go to the next time we are in the area."
