"We really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is excellent. The rooms were nice and clean. The location is great. The front desk staff was friendly and polite. They were very helpful with questions and arranged taxis for us. Nice breakfast. Parking was handy in the parkade. I would stay here again if we were to return to Milan."

"Horrible place to stay, it felt like a complete scam. The apartment is nothing like the luxury apartment shown in the pictures. The actual place was ugly, dirty, and extremely complicated to access. You have to walk through a dark, rocky backyard just to find the entrance.
I reserved the place for four nights, but I could only stay for one because I was so uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness. The bed was also in terrible condition, with the springs practically sticking out.

"I feel compelled to warn others. Our stay was ruined by construction noise starting at 8 AM. However, the worst part was the management's refusal to help after we left my son's refrigerated medication behind. Even though I offered to pay for everything to have it sent to Rome, they were completely unhelpful. For a daily, injectable medicine, you would expect at least some effort or compassion. They simply didn't care."

"The location is excellent. Walking distance to Duomo. The staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant was super clean. The food was fresh. I highly recommend booking the room to include breakfast. Please bring Euros or US Dollars to tip the staff. To my surprise in Italy you can not leave a tip on your credit card. Find overnight parking or pay 60 euros for parking."
